Where can you watch the US Elections live?

Here’s a complete list of all the US channels covering the US elections.

ABC network coverage starts at 7pm EST, led by World News Tonight anchor and managing editor David Muir. ABC News Live (which streams on Disney+ and HuluElection Day coverage will begin streaming at 8am EST.

CBS and CBS News 24/7 will begin prime-time Election Night coverage at 7pm EST. Norah O’Donnell will anchor from CBS News’ studio in New York City. Additionally, CBS Stations is debuting an augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) presidential-election-coverage center in select locations.

CNN will kick off Election Day in America at midnight EST on November 4th with Boris Sanchez and Jessica Dean, with coverage continuing the rest of the day. Election Night in America coverage begins at 4pm EST with co-anchors Jake Tapper and Anderson Cooper. Network Election Night coverage will stream starting at 7pm EST on Max with a subscription, as well as CNN.com and the CNN app without requiring a cable subscription.

C-SPAN will cover the presidential as well as state races beginning at 7pm EST.

NBC will offer a full 24 hours of Decision 2024 election coverage starting at 5pm EST on NBC, NBC News Now, and NBCNews.com. Hallie Jackson and Tom Llamas will kick things off before being joined by NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt and Today co-anchor Savannah Guthrie starting at 6:30pm ESTPeacock will bring its multi-view experience, featured heavily in the 2024 Paris Olympics coverage, to Election Night. MSNBC prime-time Election Day coverage will be helmed by dabeginning at 6pm EST. If you’re up early on Tuesday, you can also tune in to Way Too Early with John Lemire at 5am EST, followed by Morning Joe with Joe Scarborough, Mika Brzezinski, and Willie Geist at 6am.

Telemundo will broadcast its Decisión 2024 election coverage on the Telemundo network, streaming channel Noticias Telemundo AHORA, and NoticiasTelemundo.com on November 5. Noticias Telemundo AHORA coverage will begin at 4pm EST, and prime-time coverage will start at 7pm EST with anchors Julio Vaqueiro and Arantxa Loizaga.

Amazon Prime Video will debut Election Night Live With Brian Williams, a ten-hour special produced from a soundstage in Los Angeles, for free starting at 5pm EST.

NewsNation’s first presidential election as a 24-hour network will begin election coverage at 6pm EST, anchored by Chris Cuomo, Elizabeth Vargas, and Leland Vittert.

Fox News — The network’s multiplatform coverage begins at 6pm EST, anchored by Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum.

What time do the first polls close on Election Day 2024?

The first polls to close on the East Coast are in eastern counties of Indiana and Kentucky, at 6 p.m. EST, then the rest of those states, as well as Georgia, South Carolina, Vermont and Virginia, close at 7 p.m. EST. 

What are the key states to watch in 2024?

Across the country, the first polls will close at 18:00 EST (23:00 GMT) on Tuesday evening and the last polls will close at 01:00 EST (06:00 GMT) early on Wednesday.

But this race is expected to come down to results from seven swing states which experts believe could plausibly be won by Harris or Trump. These are Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

19:00 EST (00:00 GMT) – Polls close in Georgia and five other states, and partially in two more states. This is also when US TV networks are likely to begin making their first calls of the night, in less competitive states like Kentucky.

19:30 EST (00:30 GMT) – Polls close across three states, including North Carolina.

20:00 EST (01:00 GMT) – Polls close in Pennsylvania, 15 other states and the District of Columbia, as well as partially in Michigan and four other states.

21:00 EST (02:00 GMT) – All remaining polls close in Michigan. Voting will also end in Arizona, Wisconsin and 12 other states.

22:00 EST (03:00 GMT) – Polls close across Nevada and two other states, and partially in two others.
