Eco-friendly wine bottles

Aegg Introduces two new wine bottle designs at Imbibe Live

Aegg Creative Packaging, a leading packaging company, has recently launched an impressive range of wine bottles at Imbibe Live. The collection comprises “Burgundy” and “Bordeaux” bottles available in flint, various shades of green, and an “ecoglass” option. These bottles are offered with both cork and thread mouth types, providing flexibility for wine producers.

In line with sustainable practices, Aegg aims to incorporate 50% recycled glass into their bottles by 2025, reducing the environmental impact of the manufacturing process. Furthermore, the company is committed to achieving zero waste to landfill in their production plants, demonstrating their dedication to environmental sustainability.

In addition to the wine bottle range, Aegg also showcased its flagship spirits bottle, the Yenice, during the event. Produced by a manufacturer accredited by the British Retail Consortium (BRC), the Yenice bottle boasts a remarkable feature—it is approximately 20% lighter than comparable bottles available in the UK.
