Grubhub partnered with JOCO to provide safety-certified e-bikes
Grubhub announced a new partnership with JOCO alongside a $100,000 grant from the Grubhub Community Fund to the FDNY Foundation. The main purpose of the recent partnerships and investments from Grubhub are related to safety and security.
JOCO is an e-bike delivery and rental company that offers flexible payment plans and borrowing times. Through the partnership with JOCO, Grubhub will provide access to safety-certified e-bikes specialized for food delivery to many of its gig workers.
Grubhub is committed to ensuring its delivery drivers feel safe. As such, the company offers courses and information packages to its drivers to ensure the drivers perform safe ebike practices while on the road.
