Honoured in the 2022 Champions of the Earth category of Entrepreneurial Vision, Dr Purnima Devi Barman is a wildlife biologist who leads the “Hargila Army”, an all-female grassroots conservation movement dedicated to protecting the Greater Adjutant Stork from extinction.
